Product Description

The Hurakan HKN-FXF40A Gas Floor Fryer provides dependable performance and consistent results for professional kitchens.
Equipped with three 30,000 BTU cast-iron tube burners (total 90,000 BTU), it delivers uniform heat distribution for fast and efficient frying.

Its tube-type heat exchange system with internal baffles maximizes thermal efficiency, while the cold-zone design prevents food residue from burning, extending oil life.
The Robertshaw thermostat ensures accurate temperature control from 200°F to 400°F, with a high-limit safety shut-off at 450°F.

Featuring a stainless-steel fry pot and cabinet, two chrome baskets with plastic handles, and 6-inch adjustable stainless-steel legs, the HKN-FXF40A is designed for durability and easy maintenance in commercial environments.

The fryer includes a continuous pilot for instant ignition and a 1 ¼-inch drain valve for quick oil removal.
This model operates on Natural Gas only (non-convertible).
