Product Description

The Hurakan HKN-FXF50EA Gas Floor Fryer is an upgraded high-efficiency model designed for professional kitchens requiring reliable, high-volume frying performance.
Equipped with four 30,000 BTU tube-style burners (total 120,000 BTU/hr), it provides fast heat-up time and consistent temperature across the vat for even cooking results.

Its tube-type heat exchange system with internal baffles maximizes thermal efficiency, while the cold-zone oil chamber prevents food particles from scorching, extending oil life.

The fryer features an auto-ignition system for quick and safe startup and a Robertshaw-style thermostat that maintains precise temperature control between 200°F and 400°F.

A stainless-steel fry pot and cabinet, two chrome baskets with plastic handles, and 6″ adjustable stainless-steel legs ensure durability, easy cleaning, and stability during operation.

The FXF50EA operates exclusively on Natural Gas (NG) and is ETL & ETL Sanitation certified for safety and commercial reliability.
