The Hurakan HKN-XRFG60O10A is the ultimate heavy-duty commercial gas range built for maximum productivity and versatility in high-volume kitchens.
This 60″ professional unit features ten open burners and two full-size ovens, offering the performance and reliability required in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations.

Each of the ten cast-iron burners delivers 30,000 BTU/hr, ensuring rapid heat-up and powerful, even flame distribution for all cooking applications — from simmering to searing.
Both ovens are equipped with U-shaped 31,000 BTU burners that maintain uniform heat, perfect for roasting, baking, and finishing dishes. The total system output reaches 362,000 BTU/hr, providing uncompromising capacity for professional kitchens.

Constructed with a fully MIG-welded steel frame, stainless-steel front and backsplash, and galvanized sides, the HKN-XRFG60O10A combines strength, durability, and clean design.
The heavy-duty cast-iron grates are removable for easy cleaning, and a pull-out crumb tray with rounded edges simplifies daily maintenance.

Each oven accommodates full-size sheet pans front-to-back or side-to-side, allowing efficient multi-rack baking. The adjustable thermostat maintains temperatures between 250°F and 550°F, ensuring accurate and consistent results.

Equipped with Sabaf oven valves, Robertshaw thermocouples, and a Maxitrol gas regulator, the system provides stable gas flow and reliable operation.
The ¾″ NPT gas inlet supports Natural Gas by default and includes a conversion kit for Propane (LPG).

The HKN-XRFG60O10A is ETL & ETL Sanitation certified (US), guaranteeing full compliance with commercial safety and hygiene standards.
