The Hurakan HKN-XRFG60O6GB24A is a powerful and versatile commercial gas range designed for professional kitchens that demand durability, performance, and precision.
This 60″ heavy-duty model combines six open burners, a 24″ griddle, an integrated broiler, and two ovens, providing complete flexibility for simultaneous cooking, baking, and grilling.
Each open burner delivers 30,000 BTU/hr, ensuring fast boiling and searing performance, while the 24″ griddle with two 20,000 BTU/hr burners offers consistent surface heat for pancakes, meats, and vegetables. The built-in broiler beneath the griddle is ideal for finishing steaks, gratins, or melting cheese.
Both ovens are equipped with U-shaped 31,000 BTU burners that distribute heat evenly for reliable baking and roasting results. The thermostat control allows temperature adjustment from 250°F to 550°F, maintaining stability throughout long cooking cycles.
The fully MIG-welded steel frame, stainless-steel front and back-riser, and galvanized sides guarantee long-term structural strength even in the most demanding environments.
Heavy-duty cast-iron lift-off grates and a pull-out crumb tray with rounded edges simplify cleaning and daily maintenance.
Equipped with Sabaf oven valves, Robertshaw thermocouples, and a Maxitrol gas regulator, this model ensures smooth and safe operation.
