Product Description
The Hurakan HKN-XRFG60O6GB24A is a premium-grade commercial gas range built for maximum performance and versatility.
It combines six open burners (30,000 BTU each), a 24″ griddle, an integrated broiler, and two 31,000 BTU ovens, delivering a total output of 278,000 BTU/hr.
Crafted with a fully MIG-welded frame for outstanding rigidity, the range features a stainless-steel front and back-riser, galvanized sides, and 6″ adjustable stainless legs for perfect leveling.
The heavy-duty cast-iron lift-off grates and pull-out crumb tray with rounded edges simplify cleaning and enhance safety.
Each oven is equipped with a U-shaped 31,000 BTU burner, capable of holding full-size sheet pans (front-to-back or side-to-side).
The thermostat range of 250°F to 550°F provides precision for baking, roasting, and broiling.
The 24″ griddle plate (¾″ thick steel) includes two 20,000 BTU burners, perfect for breakfast menus and flat-top grilling.
For reliability, the model includes Sabaf oven valve, Robertshaw thermocouple, and Maxitrol gas regulator, ensuring safe, stable performance in continuous operation.
