Equip.me USA shipping procedures and charge guidelines are based on wholesale prices (excluding discounts). For a freight quote or special shipping instructions, please contact Equip.me USA.
Order Guidelines
Authorized Dealers Only
- Orders may be placed only by authorized dealers with a current Resale Certificate on file.
- Written PO Required: All orders must be submitted by written Purchase Order and emailed to: svm@equip.me or info-usa@equip.me
Sales Order Confirmation
- After receiving the PO, Equip.me will issue a Sales Order confirming products, quantities, pricing, warehouse location, and logistics details.
- The dealer must review and confirm the Sales Order and all related terms before the order can be processed.
- No pick-up, shipment, or delivery will be arranged without confirmed Sales Order approval.
Order Modifications
- Requests to modify confirmed Sales Orders will be reviewed but are not guaranteed.
- Any approved modification may result in additional charges, freight adjustments, or delays.
Multiple Warehouse Orders
- Orders may be fulfilled from different warehouse locations depending on product availability.
- Orders requiring shipping from both the NJ warehouse and the TN warehouse will be treated as separate orders.
- Pricing, freight charges, free delivery thresholds, and all related freight terms will apply separately based on warehouse location.
Customer-Paid Freight
- For orders where freight is paid by the customer, Equip.me will offer the best available pricing based on the NY-NJ Metro price structure.
Shipping Timelines
Standard Processing
Ships in 48 hours for orders confirmed by 5 PM EDT (i.e., place by 5 PM today → ships the day after tomorrow).
Expedited Service
Same-day pickup or next-day shipping available upon request, but not guaranteed; additional expediting fee may apply.

General Shipping Fees / Continental US
Free Delivery
Free within a 50-mile radius of Newark, NJ for B2B orders over $3,500 — liftgate service included.
Standard Charge
10% of the wholesale order total or $120 — whichever is greater — for orders under $3,500 (taxes, parts & accessories excluded).
Case-by-Case Basis
All shipments over 50 miles from Newark, NJ are treated on a case-by-case basis. Contact Logistics for a freight quote.

Split Shipments
- Dealer-requested split shipments due to inventory shortages will incur additional freight charges.
- Pricing is based on the shipping warehouse location, and the $3,500 free delivery threshold applies per shipment from a single location.
- Purchase Orders requiring fulfillment from multiple warehouse locations will be automatically split into separate orders, with all applicable terms applied to each order individually.
Delivery Conditions
- All pallets ship curbside only — no inside or white-glove service.
- Cancellation or refusal after shipment (unless due to freight damage): 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise.
- To avoid restocking/redelivery fees, confirm exact delivery date and instructions when placing your order.
Returns
Damage Claims & Returns
Inspection Upon Delivery
All shipments must be inspected at the time of delivery. Any visible damage, overage, or shortage must be clearly noted on the carrier's Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing.
The POD must be signed "with damage" and include a description of the damage along with the affected SKU numbers.
Immediate Notification
- Concealed Damage: must be reported within 3 business days of delivery.
- Any damage, shortage, or discrepancy must be reported to Equip.me USA within 24 hours of receipt.
Documentation Required
A detailed written report, including supporting photos and a copy of the carrier's POD, must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery to qualify for:
- Return authorization
- Replacement
- Credit consideration
Direct / Drop-Ship Orders
- PO Must Include: Ship-to address, recipient name & phone.
- Incomplete drop-ship orders are returned to the dealer for completion before processing.
Self-Pick-Up Discount
- 3% discount for dealer pickup at any Equip.me location.
- Applies to orders that would otherwise qualify for free delivery.
