The Hurakan HKN-SPMT27R1C Megatop Sandwich Prep Table is a compact and efficient solution for commercial kitchens, cafés, and delis with limited space. Its ventilated cooling system maintains a consistent cold temperature between 33–40°F (0.5–4°C), ensuring your ingredients stay fresh and food-safe. The stainless steel exterior and pre-coated aluminum interior offer durability and hygiene, while the digital temperature controller provides precision.
The megaprep top section accommodates (9) 1/6 GN pans and (3) 1/9 GN pans, allowing for versatile storage and easy access during food preparation. One self-closing hinged door and one adjustable shelf are included, along with lockable casters for stability and mobility.
