Its spacious work surface with a 9 1/2-inch cutting board provides plenty of room for sandwich, salad, and pizza assembly, while the top pan rail accommodates (18) 1/6-size pans for convenient ingredient access.
Built with a durable SS430 stainless-steel exterior and pre-coated aluminum interior, this prep table withstands the rigors of daily commercial use and maintains a clean, professional appearance. The ventilated air-cooled refrigeration system powered by a bottom-mounted HUAYI NUT70NR compressor ensures uniform temperature distribution even during peak hours.
A digital Dixell/CAREL thermostat offers precise temperature control within the 32–46°F range, keeping food fresh and safe. The self-closing hinged doors with magnetic gaskets prevent cold air loss, while the automatic defrost system eliminates maintenance downtime.
