With four cast-iron burners, each rated at 25,000 BTU, this unit delivers a total of 100,000 BTU/hr, ensuring quick heat-up and consistent performance.
Its manual controls allow chefs to precisely adjust each burner for independent operation.
Built with stainless steel panels, adjustable 3–4" legs, and a Maxitrol gas regulator, the unit is both durable and user-friendly.
The field-convertible gas system allows use with either natural gas or propane, and installation is simple via the 3/4" gas inlet.
